Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Cooper.Green, based in Sofia, Bulgaria. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, contact us at:
Cooper.Green
Email: info@cooper.green
2. What data we collect
We only collect personal data you choose to give us through the contact form:
- your name;
- your email address;
- the content of your message;
- a record that you gave consent and when.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or third-party fonts. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security purposes.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
We use your data only to read and reply to your enquiry and to follow up on it. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where you ask about our services, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We never sell your data or use it for marketing without your separate permission.
4. Who receives your data
Messages from the contact form are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an email-forwarding service that acts as our processor. Our email provider stores the messages we receive. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; where they do, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep it
We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for no longer than 24 months after our last communication, unless a longer period is required by law or you become a client.
6. Cookies and local storage
This website does not set tracking cookies. It stores one small entry in your browser's local storage to remember your privacy choice ("Accept all" or "Essential only"). This is strictly necessary and does not identify you.
If we add optional analytics in the future, they will only run after you click "Accept all". You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- restrict or object to its processing;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@cooper.green. We will respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian supervisory authority, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, www.cpdp.bg.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
